You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ph33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you should change your password immediately and notify ph33 without delay.
All deposits on ph33 are processed in Philippine pesos (₱ PHP) through local payment channels. Members are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use belongs to them and is authorised for use on the platform. ph33 does not accept deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties, and any such deposits may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Deposited funds are credited to your ph33 account balance and may be used to participate in the games and betting options available in the Game Lobby. ph33 reserves the right to place a hold on any transaction that appears unusual or potentially fraudulent until a review has been completed. Members who become aware of any technical errors or exploits are required to report them to ph33 immediately rather than taking advantage of them.
